Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship domestically and internationally.

Q: What is the cost for shipping?
A: Shipping is free for all items. 

Q: Are bulk orders available?
A: Bulk orders are available. Please contact us at sales@mijobu.com before placing any bulk orders.

Q: Are custom orders available?
A: Custom orders are available for some items. Please contact sales@mijobu.com regarding custom orders.

Q: Can an order be rushed?
A: We do not accept rush orders. 

Q: What's the return policy?
A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Contact sales@mijobu.com regarding returns.

Q: What is the processing time for an order?
A: Orders are usually shipped the next day but please allow 2-5 business days for us to print your order. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. We offer express or expedited shipping so if you are ordering for an event please make sure you leave enough time for delivery.
